Rental rules

Day starting from 12a.m and returning till 12a.m. Weekend - from Friday 12a.m. till Monday 12a.m. Renting for 1-2 days, price is the same as for all the weekend. Mini-caravans rental conditions:
1. Tenant's rights and obligations:
1.1. The tenant must have a valid identity document and a category B license with a driving license of at least 3 years.
1.2. Pay a deposit of EUR 150 for the reservation confirmation, which remains as a deposit until the vehicle is returned.
1.3. The deposit is refunded upon the return of an orderly vehicle:
the inside must be clean.
Internal equipment (provided and completed in accordance with the manufacturer's settings, and subject to this model are fully operational and intact). In the event of a damage, the damage is estimated and must be reimbursed by mutual agreement between the parties.
No damage was caused during an accident, by mechanical or chemical means.
There was no smoking inside or carrying flammable or other substances leaving a specific smell.
The technical condition was checked and measures were taken in the event of warnings.
2. Lessor's rights and obligations:
2.1. The mini-caravan is in a technically good conditions, fully completed and ready for travel. Possible transfer from the evening, excluding that day from the rental time. There is also a possibility of late return agreed in advance.
2.2. At least 30 days in advance, notify the Tenant of the termination of this agreement, except for special reasons.
2.3. Adopt a vehicle on an agreed date.
2.4. Included in the rental price is a fee for Civil Liability insurance, and green card.
2.5. To get known Tenant with the terms of use, provide a user manual
2.6. For an additional fee, provide additional equipment for rent.
3. Order and payment terms:
3.1. In order to reserve a vehicle, a contract is signed and the Tenant must pay the agreed deposit within 1 day of the day of signing the contract. If the tenant does not pay the agreed booking fee, the Lessee can cancel the contract.
3.2. The full rent must be paid before the rental period begins.
3.3. The deposit is returned after full inspection of the vehicle.
3.4. In case of delay to return of the vehicle, a higher fee for each day of delay can be calculated.
4. The reservation canceling.
4.1. Refusing to travel less than 30 days before agreed period, 50% of the deposit is refunded. If the Tenant refuses travel more than 30 days before agreed period or if the booked period is not in the summer months, the lessor retains the full amount of the security. Separately agreed, for special reasons, it is possible to move the trip for another period by matching the periods that are suitable for each other.
5. Other:
The fact of transfer and return of a vehicle is fixed in the contract by signatures.
